Founder & Lead Analyst — DIGITZ
DIGITZ's inaugural research programme examines Accra's residential ecosystems, establishing the foundation for its future expansion across African property markets.
Peprah's interest in evidence-based investment developed through forex trading. When he later approached Accra's residential property market as a prospective investor, he encountered a lack of structured, credible information for evaluating locations, prices and market behaviour. That information gap led him to establish DIGITZ.
Prior to founding DIGITZ, Peprah gained direct exposure to Accra's property sector through operational roles within the industry, experience that shaped his understanding of how residential markets behave on the ground.
Through DIGITZ, Peprah develops authenticated property datasets, ecosystem evidence dossiers and analytical frameworks designed to explain how residential property ecosystems function. His work combines property research, data analysis and evidence authentication to produce independent market intelligence.
DIGITZ began with Accra as its inaugural research market, with a long-term vision of building rigorous and locally grounded property intelligence across Africa. Edition I, DIGITZ's inaugural research publication, represents the first structured output of that vision.
